Service Description
This October half term, join a charity football tournament where local boys and girls can play for a cause. The aim is to support African children by providing them opportunities through sports and combating hunger. The tournament will be 5-a-side, with awards for the winners in each age category. Teams are limited to 8 players, with an entry fee of £40 per team. The age categories are: Tuesday 29th October - Girls U13 - Girls U14 - Boys U13 - Boys U14 Thursday 31st October - Boys U15 - Boys U16 Start time on both days is 10.30am Availability is limited for each category, so prompt booking is advised to secure a spot. After booking, player details must be submitted before the event. Location- Imber Court- Ember Lane Elmbridge KT8 0BT Squad size - 8 players per team - Only register players available for selection Shin pads and correct footwear to be worn Normal footballing rules which will be explained on the day Refreshments can be supplied by Imber Court via card or cash payment on the day. Cancellation Policy
After payment, you will be emailed a confirmation email. A further email will be issued prior to the event with a link to register your squad. Failure to do this before the tournament will cause delays on the day so please do this well in advance. Once your booking has been made we will not issue a refund unless the event is cancelled by TKBAR. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct contact details on our system for reminders and other booking information. TKBAR Academy may from time to time take photographs and videos to be used for marketing purposes. Unless we receive written instruction to avoid photography or videography we will assume we have consent. I hereby acknowledge that by booking this course I agree to the terms and conditions.
